The last sentence of the review really cracks me up. Maybe this is what film makers should take into account — take some literature courses!

“The unhappiest thing about “Salinger” is that the filmmakers have attached themselves to everything about Salinger but his writing.”

Plus, reading this coming film reminds me a book review I wrote about Salinger’s well-known book The Catcher in the Rye.
